Diana was born and raised in the Toronto area. She completed her undergraduate degree in Materials Engineering at the University of Toronto and went on to complete a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Ryerson University, where her research focused on non-destructive evaluation of composite materials. Currently, Diana is in process piping design and engineering at SNC-Lavalin working on large-scale mining projects. She is bringing mining education to DEEP and hopes to share the world of opportunities it brings. Diana is continuously taking courses to better her skills and wants to improve plant design to ensure safety during mineral processing operations. During her spare time, she loves fitness challenges and photography. DEEP is pleased to welcome Diana to the instructor team.
