Leo Monaco is a Toronto-local, who pursued his passion for engineering at the University of Toronto. He is currently working on his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering. Leo has a strong passion for teaching and seeks opportunities to grow as an educator. His research focuses on the corrosion behaviour of nanocrystalline alloys. His favourite courses include nanomaterials, mechanical deformation and fracture mechanics. In his spare time, he enjoys officiating soccer and playing rugby.
