DESCRIPTION:This event is put on by a University of Toronto student group. \n \nSocial Change and Youth Leadership Conference (SCYLC) 2025\nSaturday\, May 24-Sunday\, May 25\, 2025 \nTarget Audience: High school students in Grades 9-12\nCost: $100 for overnight participants; $75 for day participants. Bursaries available upon request. \nThe Social Change and Youth Leadership Conference (SCYLC) is a two-day conference for high school students in the GTA\, focusing on awareness of global development and critical engineering thinking skills. Students will participate in expert lectures\, workshops\, and interactive activities. Their skills will be put to the test in a final case competition where they will work in teams to develop and present an innovative solution to a panel of judges.
