Ali Nasseri is an Early Stage Researcher as part of the European project Marie Currie Initial Training Network WALL at the Institute for Scientific Interchange (ISI) Foundation. His work focuses on analytical modeling of magnetization dynamics in nanostructures. Prior to joining ISI, Ali conducted graduate research on surrogate based aerospace fuel modeling at the University of Toronto and worked on system level modeling and design optimization of space systems at the MDO Lab and the Space Systems Research Center at K. N. Toosi University of Technology. In 2014, he graduated from the International Space University’s Space Studies Program.
Since January 2012, Ali has been actively working with the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), first as a member of the Space Safety and Sustainability project group and later in roles such as executive secretary and member of the SGC 2014 local organizing committee. He currently serves as the operations manager of SGAC and the co-lead for the SGAC SSS project group.
