WISE Annual High School Conference

Target audience:
Female (cis/trans), non-binary, and two-spirited students in Grades 9 to 12 are prioritized. Other students are welcome as well.
This year, WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) will be hosting the annual High School Conference, bringing together high school students from Ontario with post-secondary students, industry guests, and those in academia. The day will consist of:
- Insightful keynote speeches from professors and graduate students
- Opportunity to better understand pursuing STEM in university through a student panel
- Exciting workshops, including how to navigate challenges, improving networking skills, and learning more about women in history who contributed to STEM
- A provided pizza lunch
