The Engineering Outreach Office is committed to providing support to U of T student groups or clubs affiliated with the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering or whose members are Engineering students.
Register Your Event
Hey U of T student groups,
Are you planning an outreach activity that promotes Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education?
If YES, then get your event registered with the Engineering Student Outreach Office! The office coordinates the outreach activities of Student groups along with that of Faculty members and Departments.
This form can also be used as a guideline of things to consider while you are planning your event.
Advertise Your Event
If you would like us to add your event to our events calendar, have us send out your event to our Student Group Events Mailing List or Educator Mailing List, and/or share your event on our Instagram account, please fill out the form below.

CPSIF Applications
Steps for 2025:
- Fill out the Preliminary Event Information form with general info about your events.
- Set up a meeting with us to discuss your application.
- Two months before your event, fill out the Detailed Event Information form. We may also request a follow-up meeting with you if we have questions about your event.

After filling out this form, please schedule a time to meet with us to discuss your events. Attendees should include:
- Those responsible for the outreach programming that your group is planning to do with an under 18 audience (Required);
- President/chair of your group (Optional);
- Marketing/communications team from your group (Optional)

Engineering Outreach is here to support groups affiliated with U of T Engineering and recognized clubs in their efforts to engage with elementary and high school students. While we no longer provide materials, we offer valuable resources and strategic advice to ensure your outreach initiatives are impactful and successful.
Here’s how we can help:
- Consultation and Resources: Meet with our team for personalized advice on planning and delivering outreach activities that inspire the next generation of engineers. We can also provide guidance on safety practices to ensure all participants are safe during your events.
- Strategic Communications Support: Receive tailored advice on crafting messages and materials that resonate with young audiences and align with your goals.
- Event Promotion: We can help spread the word about your outreach events by promoting them through our channels.
