Join us in our commitment to empowering Black students in STEM. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to provide transformative experiences that inspire and support Black students on their journey to success in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
In Person, On Campus

Dates: July 7-August 1, 2025
Blueprint is a four-week academic enrichment experience for motivated Black students passionate about science and engineering. Guided by master's and doctoral students, participants grasp fundamental engineering principles, crafting innovative solutions for real-world challenges while nurturing community and leadership skills.

Community Programming
Our Community Programming brings the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics directly to priority neighborhoods. These engaging, free programs aim to foster a love for learning and discovery in all members of our community, regardless of their background or resources.

Programs for Girls
Discover the power of an all-girls environment in STEM education. Our Girls' Programming is designed to empower young women, providing a supportive space where they can explore, innovate, and thrive.

Discover the excitement of coding with Ready Set Code, a 4-week program that empowers girls in grades 3-12 to become tech-savvy creators. Participants will learn through cohort-based lessons tailored to their age groups, engaging in creative and collaborative activities.

Dates: Friday, November 29, 2024
Ready, Set, Code: AutoLot is a one-day, hands-on workshop for girls and non-binary students in grades 5-7, introducing them to the exciting world of smart technology. Through fun coding activities, participants will build a mini-automated parking system with features like virtual gates and real-time parking spot tracking.

In Girls' Jr. DEEP, participants will conduct experiments, work on engineering design projects and collaborate in an all-girls environment, taught by some of the most amazing female engineering students at U of T!
